LUKAS Anlagenbau manufactures and supplies complete galvanic wire cleaning and plating lines. Our electroplating system concept offers maximum flexibility for installation variants and can be seamlessly integrated into the existing production process. Our electrolytic wire plating lines are used successfully worldwide in a wide range of industries.
LUKAS electro plating systems are designed for maximum efficiency. Productivity can be increased by connecting two or more units in series. Multiple coatings in one pass are possible. Our electroplating systems have a modular design to ensure optimum integration into individual process sequences – including good accessibility for operation, repair and maintenance. The systems are steel constructions made of stainless steel with PP containers and guarantee a long service life.
We offer a wide range of electroplating system accessories: wire pay-offs, spoolers, barrel winders, vacuum evaporators, exhaust air purification, anode melting furnaces including anode casting molds and laboratory equipment for analyzing the baths.
We offer the following electroplating production processes: Tin plating, nickel plating, silver plating, zinc plating. Of course, combined and customized processes are also possible.
